Returns and Refunds

No returns of any type will be accepted by swiss-distributor GmbH if not agreed. In order to withdraw from the contract, The User shall contact the Holder at the email address sales@swissdistributor.com. The User will receive instruction on how to return the Product. In case of withdrawal, the Holder will reimburse the payments received by the User, as well as the delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the withdrawal notice by the User. The Holder shall refund the User through the same payment method used by the latter for the online purchase. The User shall return the Products through a shipping carrier of its own choice and at its own expense, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the withdrawal notice sent to the Holder. The User is responsible for the integrity of the Product as long as the good is in his possession and shall take all the appropriate measures to preserve the product and do as much as possible to ensure that the product is returned at its best possible conditions, including the undamaged original packaging, instruction manuals, accessories and any separate item and other component. The Product must not have been handled in ways which are not strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product. The Holder will not take into consideration requests for Product return in case the Product returned is malfunctioning due to misuse, negligence, damage or physical alterations, either aesthetic or superficial, tampering or improper maintenance or wear and tear. The customer has 14 days to return the product after it has been allowed to return. Swissdistributor GmbH reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized returns: those received after 14 days. The customer can return defective products. Returning once agreed upon under the terms of written must be made within the warranty period specified in our terms of warranty (on the page relating to the terms and conditions), to swissdistributor GmbH, specifying whether if he want to have a replacement, repair or refund. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If a package containing the products purchased by swissdistributor GmbH arrives in damaged condition at the customer's address, the customer should refuse delivery by the courier.

If the customer accepts delivery of the parcel, the customer must: (i) make Note of the damage on the delivery paper of the Courier so that swissdistributor GmbH may file a complaint; (ii) keep, as were delivered, the products, the original box and packing material received; and (iii) promptly notify swissdistributor GmbH by contacting customer service via email at sales@swissdistributor.com to arrange an inspection of the courier and the removal of damaged products. If the customer does not note the damage and keep the products received, the original box, packing and does not notify to swissdistributor GmbH within 5 days of delivery acceptance, swissdistributor GmbH will be deemed to have been accepted the products as if they arrived intact and will be applied a regular right of withdrawal by swissdistributor GmbH.

REFUNDS

The returned item will be carefully reviewed and if the goods state that we will receive like as shipped by swissdistributor a refund will be issued. The refund will be done after 5 working days from receipt of the goods. You will receive an e-mail notification.
