USB converter for operating SATA, SATA SSDs or IDE drives - without installation
In order to be able to operate removed hard drives on a PC or notebook, the hard drives must be installed internally in the computer. This is very tedious and time-consuming. USB 3.0 SuperSpeed
​​Thanks to USB 3.0, removed SATA/IDE hard drives or drives can be read with transfer rates of up to 5 GB/s and are therefore 10x faster than USB 2.0. This makes copying large amounts of data much easier. The converter cable also works with USB 2.0, but at reduced speed.

Simultaneous reading from IDE and SATA hard drives
It is also possible to operate a SATA drive and an IDE drive on the PC at the same time - so only one USB port is required for two hard drives. This eliminates the hassle of plugging and unplugging the hard drives into the converter.
