With its countless functions, the radio gong offers “limitless” use. It serves as a bell or signaling system. Several Mistral 300 sets can be combined and additional transmitters can be easily learned. By linking several receiver-transmitter combinations, any range can be achieved. There are 17 different polyphonic melodies, a special call sequence for the hearing impaired and a mute function with LED control to choose from. The radio button is waterproof.

However, this range specification is the so-called "free field range" (range with direct visual contact between transmitter and receiver, without disturbing influences). In practical operation, however, there are walls, ceilings, etc. between the transmitter and receiver, which reduces the range accordingly.
